PRE-ORDER POLICY
Please review the following information before placing a pre-order with La'Ros.
PAYMENT
Pre-order items will not be charged until the merchandise is ready to ship.
AVAILABILITY
While we make every effort to produce each pre-order style as shown, availability may occasionally be affected by fabric, material, or production limitations. If a style cannot be completed to our quality standards, the item may be canceled and you will not be charged.
SHIPPING
Pre-order items will ship automatically once they become available. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, available merchandise will ship first unless you request that the entire order ship together.
ESTIMATED ARRIVAL
Estimated arrival dates are provided as a guideline and may change due to production, material availability, transportation, or circumstances beyond our control.
