ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed and shipped during our regular business days, Monday through Friday. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, and seasonal demand.
SHIPPING METHODS & RATES
Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are calculated based on the order, destination, and selected shipping service.
FREE SHIPPING
Eligible orders of $300 or more qualify for free standard shipping, subject to applicable shipping terms and destination restrictions.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Pre-order items ship automatically once they become available. If an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, available merchandise will normally ship first unless you request that the entire order be shipped together.
SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Shipping and handling charges for refused, returned, or undeliverable packages are non-refundable. Additional reshipping charges may apply.
