Return & Refund

Shipping and handling are non refundable. (Including all refused and unaccepted packages.)

 

It is customer ' s responsibility to bring the products to our facility for exchange. Claims for any damage must be maid within 10 days upon receipt of merchandise and all items returned for credit must be in the original package with all parts included.

 

You can contact our Returns & Damages Department via email at: info.larosws@gmail.com. When filing a claim, be sure to include all necessary information, all claims will usually be processed 24-48 hours when they are received.
